An automobile dealership employee filed a sexual-harassment complaint; shortly thereafter, she was terminated for theft. The employee sued the dealership for sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, and defamation. The dealership counterclaimed for theft, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. A jury found in favor of the employee on the sexual-harassment, retaliation, and defamation claims.
