This case came before the court below on a motion to distribute money in the hands of a receiver who had been appointed by the chancellor on a bill filed for that purpose to take charge of a stock of goods which had been mortgaged by Jones to Dowell, as also the books of accounts and choses in action of Jones. The bill was filed by Dowell, the mortgagee', against Jones, the mortgagor.
