This was an action by the defendant in error, Georgia Florida Motor Company, a corporation (herein called the plaintiff), against the plaintiff in error, Durant Motor Company of New Jersey (herein called the defendant), to recover the amount alleged to have been paid by plaintiff upon request of defendant, pursuant to a contract between them which, as authorized thereby, was rescinded by the defendant.
