The Chancellor.
This is a bill by residuary legatees, for an accouut generally, and for payment of the balance found due. Priscilla Scott died in 1797, leaving a last will and testament, of which Jonathan Scott was appointed the executor.- After ordering her debts and expenses to be paid, and making some small bequests, she gave the residue of her estate, all of which consisted of personal property, to the children of her two daughters, Hannah Boulton and Esther Johnson, to be paid to them in equal portions as they should severally arrive at age.
