PRENDERGAST, Judge.

Appellant by his motion for .rehearing, in effect, urges again all the questions which were originally raised by his appeal ánd which were discussed and passed upon by this court ' in the original opinion. There is but one which we think it necessary to further discuss. All the others are stated and sufficiently discussed and correctly decided in the original opinion.

This particular one we will now further discuss is whether or not this court has properly interpreted the law under which appellant was convicted.
