HILL, Justice.

The Wyoming Workers' Safety and Compensation Division (Division) challenges an award of benefits in favor of the Appellee-worker; Lance A. Conner. The Division asserts that because Conner suffered a com-pensable injury in 1994 and received benefits for loss of earning capacity as a result of that injury, he may not receive such benefits for a second compensable injury that occurred in 1998. We affirm the order awarding benefits.
