CRAWLEY, Judge.

Brandi Horton, a high school student, was riding in a school bus driven by William C. Christian. The bus collided with another school bus, driven by Charlotte B. Briley, and an automobile driven by Billie C. King. Horton was permanently injured in that collision. Through her mother Shelby Horton, she sued Christian, Briley, King,1 and the Lawrence County Board of Education (the “Board”).
