JaWHIPPLE, Judge.
Plaintiff, Wanda Cryer, appeals from a trial court judgment which awarded defendant, Gregory Cryer, fair rental value for plaintiffs use and occupancy of the community home. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, vacate in part and remand.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Plaintiff and defendant were married in East Baton Rouge Parish on February 15, 1986. The parties physically separated on February 18, 1995, and plaintiff filed a petition for divorce pursuant to LSA-C.C. art. 102 on February 21, 1995.
