Respondent, William L. Summers, whose last known bar roster address is 5910 Landerbrook Drive, Suite 200, May-field Heights, Ohio 44124, and whose KBA Member No. is 82365, was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1988. Since 1969, he has also been licensed to practice law in Ohio, but he was recently suspended from practice in that state for six months. The Kentucky Bar Association through its Office of Bar Counsel moved this Court to require Respondent to show cause why identical reciprocal discipline against him…
