Error to Wayne; Mandell, J. Case by Blanche W. Bissell and others against Edward Ford and others for damages to an office building. Judgment for defendants. Plaintiffs bring error.

The plaintiffs are the owners of the Moffat building, which is six stories in height, situate on the southwest corner of Fort and Griswold streets, in the city of Detroit. Defendant' Ford is the owner of the Ford building, which is located immediately south of the Moffat building; a 20-foot alley intervening. Each building has a frontage on Griswold street of 138 feet and upwards of 100 feet on the alley. The Ford building is an 18-story office building, and its construction was begun in Aúgust, 1906, with defendant Goddard as principal contractor. The building stands on 47 concrete piers,…
