In re Sculley

The plaintiff, Rosemary Sculley, appeals an order of the Superior Court (Barmy, J.) modifying defendant Thomas M. Sculley, Sr.’s visitation schedule with respect to the parties’ adult disabled daughter. We vacate and remand.

The record supports the following facts. The parties divorced on November 2,2000. As part of the divorce decree, the superior court issued orders relative to the custody, visitation and support of the parties’ disabled daughter, who at that time, was sixteen years old.
