Reversing.
On the night of September 15, 1922, Warren Sale, the thirteen-year-old son of appellant Sale, surreptitiously obtained possession of his father’s automobile and with companions about his age went for a joy-ride. In the course of the evening he ran the car against and over a buggy in which Mrs. Pearl Atkins, appellee herein, was riding with her husband, throwing her out and severely injuring her.
