OVERVIEW

CHOY, Circuit Judge:

This case involves a dispute among creditors of Wolverton Associates. The Official Creditors’ Committee (“Committee”) contended at trial that the appellant creditor, Wickland Oil Company (“Wickland”), engaged in a course of conduct that allowed it to receive a postpetition transfer of Wol-verton Associates’ interest in property located in Vacaville, California. The Committee asserted that the leasehold had a bonus value of approximately $100,000.00.
