ELLIS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege in a suit for damages in a products liability case. Reversed and rendered.

The plaintiff-appellee, Calvin R. Talley, brought an action in the district court of Parmer County, Texas, against Pioneer Sorghum Company, Pioneer Hi-Bred Company and Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., defendants, seeking to recover damages arising out of the purchase and use of allegedly defective corn seed which had been produced by Pioneer Sorghum Company.
