OPINION

WINTHROP, Judge.

¶ 1 The State of Arizona, by and through the Maricopa County Attorney, appeals the juvenile court’s order dismissing with prejudice delinquency petitions filed against Eric W. (“Juvenile”). The primary issue presented in this case is whether the statutory time limits for restoring a juvenile to competency, which limit the time a juvenile may be ordered to participate in a restoration program, also incorporate the time in which the juvenile court must conclude all competency proceedings.
