MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the court on the motion of defendant Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company (Grinnell) to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff Mortensen Construction and Utility, Inc. (Mortensen) has responded to the motion and the court, having considered the memoranda of authorities, together with attachments, submitted by the parties, concludes that the motion is well taken and should be granted.
