Action by appellee, by claim filed against the estate of Jonas Byrkett, deceased, being appellant’s decedent, to recover for services alleged to have been rendered in behalf of him and his wife, who died prior to his death, in caring for them during their respective periods of illness, and in assisting and aiding the decedent in attending to his personal and private business affairs.

The cause was submitted to the jury for trial, which returned a verdict in favor of appellee for $2,600. Upon this verdict, the court rendered judgment from which this appeal.
