—Order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Alexander Hunter, J.), entered June 6, 1994, which reduced count one of the indictment from criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, is unanimously modified, on the law and facts, to the extent of reducing count one of the indictment from criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and otherwise affirmed.
