[¶ 1] Deborah Nilsen appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) granting Martin Schindler’s motion for a summary judgment in his breach of contract action for nonpayment of attorney fees. Nilsen contends that the Superior Court erred in concluding that Schindler had satisfied his burden of establishing that there were no genuine issues of material fact in dispute and that he was entitled to a judgment as a matter of law.
