Rossiaki was a licensee on the vacant lot where the explosion occurred, it appear - ing that the lot was regularly used by pedestrians and by youngsters as a playground, and it must be assumed with the knowledge and passive permission of the owner of the lot. The lot was somewhat overgrown with weeds although it is probable that the automobile hulk was in plain view of Steve at and immediately prior to the time that the explosion occurred.
