This is a suit hy appellee, Albert Eendahl, an infant of the age of four years, by Margaret Eendahl his next friend, to recover damages for a personal injury alleged to have been sustained through the negligence of appellant in permitting his mule to trespass upon the premises occupied by the father of appellee, as tenant of the appellant. The injury, which consisted of the breaking of appellee’s leg, is alleged to have resulted from a kick by said mule. Upon a trial by jury there was a verdict and judgment against appellant for $200.
