STALEY, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board has found that respondent, Local 825, International Union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO, violated § 8(b) (4) (i) and (ii) (D) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. 1 More particularly, the Board found that respondent engaged in conduct proscribed by that section with the object of forcing or requiring Nichols Electric Company to assign certain work to it rather than to electricians employed by Nichols. 140 N.L.
