In this action for the price of a used car the defendant, Joy I. Wiggins, appeals a judgment against her and in favor of plaintiff, Van-Trow Olds-Cad-Toyota, Inc., for $2,900.00 plus legal interest and court costs. We affirm.

This case arises from events beginning in July, 1986. At that time defendant, with help from a friend, began looking at a 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass on plaintiff’s lot. She was initially discouraged by the plaintiffs asking price of $3,500.00 for the car but when she could not locate another car which was suitable she again contacted Van-Trow and began…
