ODOM, Justice.
This is a suit by an employee against his employer and employer’s surety under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act No. 20 of 1914, and amendments) for compensation. Plaintiff alleged that while at work shortly after midnight on the morning of July 25, 1935, he was accidentally injured, and that as a result thereof was at the time he filed the suit, and would remain, totally unable to perform any work of a reasonable character.
