The plaintiff sues to compel the president and directors of the Union Bank of Louisiana, to transfer to him upon their books two hundred shares of their capital stock, of which he alleges himself to be the owner, by purchase from the Citizens Bank of Louisiana, and for $3,000 damages for their illegal refusal to transfer said stock:
