Nardelli, J.), entered June 29, 1990, which, inter alia, granted the motion of defendant Norman Drucker for reargument, and upon reargument, vacated the prior order entered November 30, 1989, and granted the motion and cross-motion of defendants for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
