The plaintiff, International Union of Elevator Constructors, AFL-CIO, Local No. 4 (“Local 4”) has brought this action against the International Union of Elevator Constructors, AFL-CIO (“International”). The action is brought pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, and alleges that the International’s General Executive Board unlawfully amended the Constitution of the International.
