NIOHOLLS, J.

Plaintiff alleged in its petition (filed May 13, 1904): That it was the owner and possessor of, and had been in possession for more than 10 years as -owner under title translative of property, ■of the following lands situated in this parish:

“A certain tract of land, together with all its appurtenances, in this parish, on the shore of Lake Yerret, containing about four hundred and eighty arpents of land, more or less, in superficies, bounded formerly by the land of Narcisse Alleman, H.
