MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LEFKOW, District Judge.
This is a tort case arising out of a plane crash in Peru. Plaintiffs 1 filed seven different complaints in the Circuit Court of Cook County against defendants the Boeing Company (“Boeing”), United Technologies Corporation (“UTC”), and Trans-porte Aeros Nacional de Selva, S.A., also known as Aerolínea TANS Peru (“TANS”), 2 which have each been removed and consolidated before this court.
