This is an appeal from a judgment holding appellant in contempt of court. The contempt order, which was written and served upon appellant on January 30, 1976, *625directed appellant’s arrest "instanter” and his confinement for a period of three days. Notice of appeal was filed in the trial court on February 2, 1976, and the appeal was filed in this court on February 25,1976. Held:
