I. INTRODUCTION

Before the court is Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company’s (“State Farm”) motion for judgment on the pleadings. (Mot. (Dkt. # 12).) State Farm argues that John Zweber’s claims against it should be dismissed because they are barred by the doctrine of res judicata and by the applicable statutes of limitation. (See id. at 1.)
