Writ of entry to recover possession of a certain parcel of real estate described in tbe declaration, formerly tbe homestead farm of tbe demandant’s husband,, now deceased.
Tbe verdict was for the demandant and tbe defendant brings tbe case here upon exceptions to tbe rulings of the presiding justice. Tbe demandant is tbe mother and tbe defendant [is the widow of *260Edgar J. Golder, who died May 15, 1899. The writ is dated Jan. 2, 1900.
