MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The Virgin Islands Legislature declared in 1976 that Government decision-making shall operate in the light of the sun by enacting the Government in the Sunshine Act. 1 V.I.C. §§ 251-256 (1980 Supp.). This case requires the court to determine what, if any, rights the Act creates for an individual who was fired as a result of a government agency meeting held in violation of the Act.
