The committee of Leroy Steiner, an incompetent and an income beneficiary of a trust established under the last will and testament of his sister, Grace E. Bins, seeks an order of this court directing the trustee to invade the principal of said trust in order to pay charges of the State Department of Mental Hygiene for care and services rendered to the incompetent as a State hospital inmate.
