SUE WALKER, Justice.

I. Introduction

A jury convicted Appellant Troy Dale Johnston of aggravated sexual assault of a child younger than fourteen years old and assessed his punishment at confinement for life. The trial court sentenced him accordingly, and Johnston perfected this appeal. In three points, Johnston claims that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction and that the trial court erred by overruling his objection to improper jury argument by the State during its opening statement.
