In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for podiatric malpractice, the defendant Nicholas Márchese appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Asher, J.), dated April 12, 2013, as denied his motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against him, and the defendants Robert J. Gottlieb, D.P.M., PC., Robert J. Gottlieb, David E. Negron, and Maria N. Pécora, separately appeal from so much of the same order as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
