State v. Sanchez
Connecticut Appellate Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
SCHALLER, J.
The defendant, Kelvin Sanchez, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of conspiracy to commit murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-54a (a). On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) rendered judgment of conviction because the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction and (2) instructed the jury on the conspiracy to commit murder charge in a manner that violated his due process rights. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
