—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Harkavy, J.), rendered October 14, 1993, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the Supreme Court did not err in disallowing three of his peremptory challenges during jury selection as discriminatory against white women in violation of Batson v Kentucky (476 US 79).
