This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court for the Eastern District of South Carolina in a suit on a policy of health and accident insurance issued to the husband of the appellant (hereinafter called the plaintiff) by the Monarch Accident Insurance Company of Springfield, Mass., appellee (hereinafter called the Company).
