Defendants in error were plaintiffs and plaintiffs in error were defendants in the trial court. For convenience we shall employ the trial court’s designation. In the trial court plaintiffs, Kate B. ’Osborne and' others, were awarded the title and possession of 20.33 acres of land out of the P. W. Warraner survey in Gregg county in an action of trespass to try title brought by them against the defendants, Nellie Jobe and others.
