Defendant Ibn Lee appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Alvin K. Hellerstein, Judge). Lee was convicted of murder for hire conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1958 and being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and sentenced to a term of 240 months.
