Plaintiff was a dealer at retail and', wholesale in coal, feed, seeds, fertilizer and other farm products and necessities at Kalamazoo, Michigan. It was one of the affiliated organizations of the Michigan State Farm Bureau. Defendant Sines was plaintiff’s manager from April, 1922, to August, 1923, bonded as to fidelity, etc., in the sum of $10,000 by the ¿Etna Casualty & Surety Company. The language of the surety bond particularly material in this inquiry is as follows:
