Appeals from a judgment of the Family Court of Delaware County, entered November 30, 1972, which awarded custody of the infant Jeffrey Allen “BBB” to petitioner and from an order, entered April 3, 1973, denying the motion of appellant to set aside the initial judgment or direct a new trial. These appeals concern a custody judgment granted upon a writ of habeas corpus following referral of same from Supreme Court to the Family Court.
