MEMORANDUM OPINION

STUBBLEFIELD, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order sustaining a father’s demurrer to mother’s evidence in her action to increase child support. After a review of the record and applicable law, we vacate the trial court’s ruling and remand for further proceedings.

In February 1983, Mother, Jerry Lea McKee, and Father, Garry Lee McKee, were divorced. Mother was awarded custody of their three minor children, and Father was ordered to pay $165 per month for each of the children.
