After pleading guilty to the two felonies of manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of pseudoephedrine, Appellant filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 24.035. Appellant claimed his constitutional rights were violated in that his convictions violated double jeopardy and he was denied effective assistance of counsel.
