Appeal from a judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Clifford Scott, J.), rendered April 6, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 121/2 to 25 years and l1/2 to 3 years, respectively, held in abeyance, and the matter remitted to the Supreme Court to conduct a reconstruction hearing in accordance with this Court’s instructions.
