—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the defendant New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golar, J.), dated December 15, 1999, as denied its motion pur*374suant to CPLR 3126 to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against it based on the plaintiffs’ failure to comply with court-ordered discovery.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
