On March 5, 1923, Roxie Wilson Tatum, Rosie Wilson Winn, Major Wilson,- and Lyna Wilson Murdock, instituted their action in the Union Chancery Court against Willie Wilson, A. C. Benson, -C. J. Lock-hart et dl., to cancel and set aside a deed from Lizzie Wilson -to Willie Wilson and an oil and gas lease from Willie Wilson to A. C. Benson and by Benson assigned to C. J. Lockhart.
