Upon conditional guilty pleas, the Defendant, Darryl Jerome Moore, was convicted of one count of conspiracy to deliver 300 grams or more of cocaine; one count of conspiracy to deliver 300 pounds or more of marijuana; and one count of possession with intent to deliver 300 grams or more of cocaine, all Class A felonies. See Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-417(j)(5),(13)(A). He also conditionally pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver ten pounds or more of marijuana, a Class D felony; one count of money…
