These administratively consolidated Chapter 11 cases have come before the court on a motion by parties that process a major part of the credit card sales of one of the debtors. The motion seeks a determination that the agreement governing the credit card processing is either (1) a financial accommodation that cannot be assumed under § 365(c)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code (Title 11, U.S.C.) or else (2) an assumable executory contract that should be assumed or rejected immediately, with assumption conditioned on the debtor providing…
